Hello, and welcome to the homepage for the *~Journey On ~* mailing list. We're quite glad to have you with us. This list is a role-playing game for fans of musical theatre,as well as fans of "Titanic",in all its forms. The RPG is set aboard the RMS Titanic in 1912,and begins as all the characters are preparing to board the ship. (If you join after that time, we'll simply pretend you were on the ship all along. It is similar to my "Falcons In The Dive" and "One Day More" lists , in that the characters you choose do not actually have to be from the Titanic. Choose to be any character you wish, and see how (or if) they survive the doomed "Ship Of Dreams". You may have two characters from any musical, and create as many as you wish...the more the merrier. :-) After you are approved, please fill out a character form found farther down this page, so everyone knows who's aboard the ship. This feature might not appear for a while,so please be patient.
In order to subscribe to this list, you first need to register with OneList. It's free and simple, and will only take about 3 minutes of your life. If you haven't done this yet, please click here.
If you'd like to join this list, please click on the link below. After you are approved by one of the list moderators, you must send an e-mail to LadyRuthie@yahoo.com telling us what character(s) you would like to play. *~ The Storyline ~*
It is a beautiful day, and people from all walks of life have gathered to watch the departure of the RMS Titanic. Some of the lucky few have actually arranged to board the ship as passengers...doubtless there wil be much to occupy the time. There are many strange characters on board, including Mr. Bruce Ismay, the ship's owner, and Mr. Thomas Andrews, the man responsible for the building of this grand ship. Ladies Marguerite St. Just and Carlotta Guidicelli, two of France's most prominent divas, are also aboard, and excited to hear that there are many eligible bachelors aboard...except for that strange fellow who seems to resemble that Leonardo DiCaprio guy. *laughs* We do hope that you'll make yourself comfortable aboard the ship, and don't forget that dinner is served at promptly 6:00 on the main deck. :-)
